1. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
2. How long will delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 12–15 business days, depending on your destination and chosen shipping method.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
4. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your location, package weight, size, and number of items. The final cost will be displayed at checkout.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package.
6. What is your return policy?
You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
7. Are there items I cannot return?
Yes. Sale items, gift cards, and customized products are not eligible for return.
8. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
9. How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
10. What if my order is delayed or lost?
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@techpulseclohting.com for assistance.
11. What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional re-shipping costs may apply.
